Booking

Booking policy:

A deposit of ˆ200 is required to start tailoring the program of your stay (The deposit is counted towards your final balance).

If you want us to book the hotels, payment for one night in each hotel is required at the time of booking.

The estimated price is to be paid before the departure from the home country.

The final balance is calculated on the last day of service and may be paid on the spot in cash (USD, euro, or rubles, according to the exchange rate of the date) or by check upon return to your home country (in that case please add 2.5% for money transfer). If we owe you money we’ll send you a check in USD.

 

Cancellation policy:

If for any reason you cancel your trip or refuse our services, you should cover all the expenses incurred plus the cancellation fee.
